Tom Thibodeau was easily the best coach for the Bulls since Phil Jackson was running the triangle with Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. Thibodeau has been one of the best coaches in the league for some time. In each of his seasons here, the Bulls have made the playoffs with home court advantage in the first round. There have been different aspects which have been good and bad for the Bulls with Thibodeau, and eventually the bad led to his firing.
